摘  要:【目的】研究建立由乙醇和(NH_4)_2SO_4形成的双水相体系萃取灯盏花中灯盏花乙素。【方法】用HPLC法对灯盏花乙素含量进行测定,并对影响双水相体系的成相和灯盏花乙素萃取率的条件进行优化。【结果】灯盏花粗提液经过双水相体系萃取之后,能有效减低大分子物质和极性分子的干扰。乙醇体积为1.5 mL、(NH_4)_2SO_4质量分数为25%、pH为6.0时,双水相体系对灯盏花乙素的萃取率达到94.2%。【结论】对灯盏花样品进行的检测和加标回收实验表明,该方法准确性较高,结果可靠,操作简单,绿色无污染。【Objective】 A new method for detecting scutellarin in breviscapus by Aqueous Two-phase System(ATPS) formed by ethanol and(NH4)2SO4 was investigated. 【Method】 The conditions affecting the phase formation of ATPS and the extraction efficiency of the scutellarin were optimized. 【Result】 After the breviscapus crude extract by ATPS, the interference of macromolecular substances and polar molecules could be effectively reduced. The best ATPS was composed of 1.5 mL ethanol and 25 %(NH4)2SO4 and pH 6.0. And the extraction efficiency of scutellarin reached about 94.2 %. 【Conclusion】 The detection and recovery experiments of breviscapine samples showed that the method was accurate, reliable, easy to operate and green and pollution-free.
