摘  要:青海属于高寒地区,有着丰富的太阳能资源,但采暖困难是当地普通牧民住房室内热环境不佳的主要问题。在实地调研一座藏族小住房的室内热环境状况后,提出了加装集热蓄热墙、附加阳光间、外墙外保温系统三种改善小住房采暖效果的节能改造方案。并依托DeST-h平台分析其每年的采暖能耗,再结合各个方案的造价进行比选,最后得出结论:在南向墙体附加阳光间的改造方案,全年能耗最低且投资回收期最短,综合性能最优。Yushu, the south of Qinghai province, is a special geographical location of area where is a severe cold, and heating is the main problem of the building thermal environment. Through fieldwork in a Tibetan small house, the research group proposed three reconstruction schemes, collector-storage wall, attached sunspace, and external wall thermal insulation system, for the small house. Based on the DeST-h platform, the annual heating energy consumption is analyzed, and combined with the costs of each scheme, the conclusion is drawn that the renovation scheme with sunspaces-attaching passive house on the south wall has the lowest annual energy consumption and the shortest payback period of 2.31 years.
