摘  要:目的运用病例组合指数对临床科室医疗服务进行绩效评价,为医院和科室的精细化管理以及持续改善医疗服务质量提供参考依据。方法汇总2014-2016年某院四个临床科室的出院患者信息,运用病例组合指数对部分评价指标进行调整,计算得出各科室的综合得分。结果从综合得分看,无论是科室内的纵向比较还是科室间的横向比较,运用病例组合指数的绩效评价与传统评价结果有较大差异。结论将病例组合指数引入临床科室的医疗服务绩效评价中,可以在一定程度上减少医疗服务产出的多样化等因素对评价结果造成的影响,更能反映临床科室的医疗服务水平。Objective To evaluate the performance of the medical service in the clinical department and to provide reference for the management of hospital and the continuous improvement of the medical service quality. Methods The information of patients in four clinical departments who were discharged from the hospital from 2014 to 2016 was collected. Some of the evaluation indexes were adjusted by case mix index, and then the comprehensive scores were calculated. Results According to the result, there was great difference between the performance evaluation with case mix index and the traditional evaluation in terms of either the longitudinal comparison in the department or the lateral comparison between the departments. Conclusion The use of the case mix index in the performance evaluation of clinical service can reduce the impact of the diversification of the medical service output on the evaluation results to a certain extent, and can better reflect the medical service level of clinical departments.
