摘 要:在校大学生拥有丰富的课外时间,其课外时间的有效利用以及课外学习的主观能动性已经引起了高等教育工作者的高度关注.本文以首都师范大学旅游管理专业在校大学生为例,在调查分析其丰富的课外时间与利用限制、课外时间利用期望与利用现状和专业压力与课外学习积极性这三个矛盾的基础上,构建了一个包含问题导向、目标管理、研学组团和资源整合四个部分的课外研学综合激励模式,并结合本校旅游管理专业现实条件,提出了优化专业课程结构、搭建研学孵化平台、凝聚校外师资力量等保障措施.该研究不仅为丰富大学生课外学习理论研究做出有益的探索,也为旅游管理专业课程改革提供科学依据.College students have plenty of extra-curricular time, and the effective use of extra-curricular time and the initiative of extra-curricular learning have attracted the high attention of higher education workers. Taking the college students majoring in tourism management in Capital Normal University as an example, on the basis of full investigation and starting from the three contradictions of college students′ extra-curricular time utilization, this paper constructs a comprehensive incentive model of extra-curricular studies which includes four parts: problem orientation, target management, studies group and resource integration. Combined with the practical conditions of tourism management major, some safeguard measures are put forward, such as optimizing the curriculum structure of major, building incubation platform of studies, and condensing teachers outside school. This research not only provides scientific basis for the curriculum reform of tourism management major, but also makes beneficial exploration for enriching the theoretical research of college students′ extracurricular learning.
