摘　　要：飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(small incision lenticule extraction,SMILE)因其良好的安全性和屈光可预测性广泛应用于近视矫正。而SMILE手术来源的角膜基质透镜作为良好的生物材料,可用于修补角膜溃疡和穿孔,治疗远视、老视、圆锥角膜等眼科疾病,逐渐成为研究热点。本文将针对SMILE手术来源的角膜基质透镜在眼科领域中的临床研究进展进行综述。SMILE (small incision lenticule extraction) is widely used in myopia correction because of its safety and predictability. SMILE-derived lenticule is a kind of good biomaterial that can be used to repair corneal ulcer and perforation, treat hyperopia, presbyopia, keratoconus and other ophthalmic diseases. It has the potential of becoming the research hotspot in the future. Therefore, this review summarizes the clinical research progress of SMILE-derived lenticule in the field of ophthalmology.
