摘　　要：为了有效提升控制科学与工程专业硕士研究生培养质量,培养创新型后备人才,满足国家和社会对高层次人才的需求,结合本专业师资队伍和教学资源现状,以学科重点研究方向为导向,在培养方案课程体系、课程设置、管理模式等方面进行了多元性改革,以期培养研究生的创新性思维、独立研究能力和学术创造力.In order to effectively improve the training quality of postgraduates majoring in control science and engineering, cultivate innovative reserve talents, and meet the needs of the state and society for high-level talents, we combine the current situation of the teaching staff and teaching resources of this major, focus on the key research directions of the discipline, and carry out pluralistic reforms, in order to cultivate postgraduates' innovative thinking, independent research ability and academic creativity.
