财务管理本科专业实践教学的改革探讨

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,市场的理财环境也随之发生着变化,企业对财务管理人员专业方面以及其他方面的能力要求也越来越高,财务管理本科专业传统的教学目标已不能满足现代企业对财务管理人员综合能力方面的需要.因此,财务管理本科专业实践教学目标亟须作出调整,以满足企业的需要.本文通过分析财务管理本科专业目前在实践教学方面存在的问题,提出在财务管理专业实践教学改革方面的相关建议,以使高校培养出适应社会需要的财务管理专业人才.With the rapid development of society and economy, the financial management environment of the market has also changed. The professional requirements of enterprises for financial management personnel are also getting higher and higher. The traditional teaching objectives of the undergraduate major of financial management can no longer meet the requirements of modern enterprises for the comprehensive ability of financial management personnel. Therefore, it is urgent to adjust the practical teaching objectives of the undergraduate major of financial management to meet the needs of enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of the undergraduate major of financial management, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the reform of practical teaching in financial management, so that colleges and universities can cultivate financial management professionals who meet the needs of society.
