摘　　要：徐州的手工业在清代规模不广,产品质量也不能令人满意,很多地方还停留在低级的编织业阶段.棉纺织业也十分寥落,不论是纺织品的产量还是质量都满足不了需求.酿酒业十分发达,不仅产量大,而且质量上乘,口碑与销量皆极佳.采煤业规模比较小,且工艺十分落后.造船业在清代有一件大事,那就是漕船的建造.The handicraft industry in Xuzhou was not very large in the Qing Dynasty, and the quality of its products was unsatisfactory. Cotton textile industry is also very few, whether it is the output or quality of textiles can not meet the demand. Wine-making industry is very developed, not only the output is large, but also the quality is excellent, reputation and sales are excellent. The scale of coal mining industry is relatively small, and the technology is very backward. The shipbuilding industry had a great event in the Qing Dynasty, that is, the construction of watercraft.
