医学生对“工匠精神”与职业教育关系认知的调查分析

摘　　要：“工匠精神”是当今中国社会的整体价值诉求之一,多次被写入政府工作报告,2019年的政府工作报告再次提出要大力弘扬“工匠精神”,足以见得国家对弘扬“工匠精神”重视与期盼。“工匠精神”已成为当今社会热切呼唤的一种价值追求和职业信仰。在医患冲突加剧的今天,“工匠精神”也是当今医务从业者的急需培育的职业精神。了解医学院校在校生对“工匠精神”与职业教育关系的认知现状,从而对在校医学生开展合理有效的医学生职业教育提出合理科学的对策。在“工匠精神”的背景下,加强医学生职业教育既符合“大医精诚”下对医护从业人员的培养要求,也是缓解紧张的医患关系的有效途径。"Craftsman Spirit" is one of the overall value demands of today's Chinese society. It has been written into the government work report for many times. The government work report of 2019 once again puts forward that we should vigorously carry forward the "craftsman spirit", which is enough to show that the state attaches great importance to and hopes for the promotion of the "craftsman spirit"."Craftsman Spirit" has become a kind of value pursuit and professional belief which is urgently called by today's society. To understand the status quo of Medical College Students' understanding of the relationship between "craftsman spirit" and vocational education, so as to put forward reasonable and scientific countermeasures for medical students to carry out reasonable and effective vocational education. Under the background of "craftsman spirit", strengthening medical students' vocational education is not only in line with the training requirements of medical practitioners under "doctor's sincerity", but also an effective way to alleviate the tense doctor-patient relationship.
