摘  要:随着社会的发展及人民生活水平的不断提高,人民的食品安全意识、自我保健意识也逐渐提高,食品安全问题成为国家高度重视的民生问题以及社会关注的热点问题。猪肉是人民生活中不可缺少的食物,它的瘦肉精含量严重威胁着人们的身体健康,因此,加强对猪肉中瘦肉精残留的监管,是当前食品安全监管的一个重要措施。文章对南湾街道3个农贸市场的部分肉档开展猪肉瘦肉精残留监测调查,并对其结果进行分析、思考。With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s awareness of food safety and self-care awareness has gradually increased.Food safety has become a highly valued issue of the people’s livelihood and a hot topic of social concern.Pork is an indispensable food source in people’s lives,its lean meat residue seriously threatens people’s health.Therefore,strengthening the supervision of lean meat residue in pork is an important measure for food safety.The article carried on the investigation to the pork lean granule residue in three farmer markets of Nanwan Street,and analysed and considers the result.
