摘　　要：爬沙虫体内具有丰富的蛋白质及营养物质,具有较高的营养价值,在医学及食品领域内均有着广泛的应用。本文对爬沙虫的营养成分进行分析,为爬沙虫的更好开发及利用提供较好的依据及参考作用。Pasha worm are rich in protein and nutrients,and have high nutritional value.They are widely used in medical and food fields.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the nutrient components of the pasha worm,so as to better understand them and provide a better basis and reference for the better development and utilization of the pasha worm.
