奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究治疗肝硬化上消化道出血采用奥曲肽其临床效果以及对其不良反应的影响。方法选取本院2016年12月至2017年12月所收治的肝硬化上消化道出血的患者84例,采用奇偶法均分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组患者给予常规治疗联合垂体后叶素,观察组患者给予奥曲肽治疗,对比两组患者不良反应发生情况、临床治疗效果以及止血时间。结果观察组治疗有效率为(95.24%)明显高于对照组治疗有效率(71.43%),组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率(4.76%)明显低于对照组(26.19%),组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组止血时间短于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗肝硬化上消化道出血,给予实施奥曲肽治疗,可全面对患者临床症状进行改善,提高治疗效果,患者不良反应发生率也相对较低,临床用药安全性较高,可广泛推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis and its adverse effects.Methods 84 patients with cirrhosis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The 84 patients were divided into observation group and control group by parity method.For example,patients in the control group received conventional treatment combined with vasopressin,and patients in the observation group were treated with octreotide.The adverse reactions,clinical treatment effects,and hemostasis time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.19%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group.The effective rate of treatment(71.43%)was significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).The hemostasis time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,treatment with octreotide can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low,and the safety of clinical medication is high,which can be widely used.
