人工泪液对白内障术后干眼症的改善作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨人工泪液对白内障术后干眼症的改善作用,为术后康复提供借鉴。方法选择2016年8月至2018年7月间本院收治的105例白内障术后干眼症患者,根据治疗方式的不同把患者分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=53),对照组患者接受常规治疗,研究组加用人工泪液治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的泪液分泌试验(SIT)结果为每5分钟(9.27±1.04)mm,研究组为每5分钟(12.18±1.32)mm,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的角膜荧光素染色(FL)检查值为(3.47±0.42)分,研究组为(2.58±0.36)分,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)为(8.23±0.94)s,研究组为(11.56±1.21)s,显著比对照组长(P<0.05);对照组患者的治疗总有效率为76.92%(40/52),研究组为92.45%(49/53),显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症具有明显的临床效果,能有效改善患者症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of artificial tear on dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods 105 patients with dry eyes after cataract surgery were selected from August 2016 to July 2018.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,control group(n=52)and study group(n=53).The patients in control group received routine treatment.The study group was treated with artificial tear to compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The(SIT)of tear secretion test in control group was(9.27±1.04)mm/5 min,and(12.18±1.32)mm/5 min,was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The(FL)value of corneal fluorescein staining was(3.47±0.42)in the control group and(2.58±0.36)in the study group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time(BUT)was(8.23±0.94)s in the control group and(11.56±1.21)s in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 76.92%(40/52)in the control group and 92.45%(49/53)in the study group,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial tear has obvious clinical effect in treating dry eye after cataract operation,it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and it is worth popularizing.
