摘 要:国务院《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》(国办发〔2017〕95号)指出,要构建教育和产业统筹融合发展格局,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,全面提升人力资源质量[1]。在产教深度融合的背景下,学生具有“双重身份”,既是学生,又是学徒,在学校完成理论学习,到企业完成实习任务。学生“双重身份”的特性,将倒逼高职院校需进一步创新学生管理工作模式和方法,实现产教融合模式下人才培养目标。The State Council's "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education"(No.95,2017) pointed out that the overall development pattern of education and industry integration should be constructed to promote the organic link between education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,and comprehensively improve the quality of human resources.Under the background of the deep integration of production and education,students have dual identities.They are both students and apprentices.They complete theoretical study in schools and practice in enterprises.The characteristics of students'dual identity will force higher vocational colleges to further innovate the mode and method of student management and achieve the goal of talent cultivation under the mode of integration of production and education.
