参菊洗剂的皮肤安全性及阴道黏膜刺激性研究

摘　　要：目的观察参菊洗剂的豚鼠皮肤致敏性和家兔皮肤及阴道黏膜刺激性,为临床应用提供科学依据。方法以豚鼠为模型进行皮肤致敏性实验,以家兔为模型进行完整、破损皮肤及阴道黏膜刺激性实验。结果参菊洗剂对豚鼠皮肤均未见红斑或水肿等过敏反应;50%参菊洗剂对家兔的完整、破损皮肤均无刺激性,参菊洗剂原液对家兔的完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度、可逆的刺激性;对家兔阴道黏膜无明显的刺激性。结论参菊洗剂外用较安全。Objective To observe the sensitization of guinea pig skin and the irritation of rabbit skin and vaginal mucosa of Shenju lotion,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods Skin sensitization experiments were carried out using guinea pigs as model,and intact,damaged skin and vaginal mucosal irritation experiments were performed using rabbits as model.Results Shenju lotion had no allergic reactions such as erythema or edema in guinea pig skin;50%Shenju lotion was not irritating to the intact and damaged skin of rabbits,while the Shenju lotion solution was not irritating to the intact skin of rabbits,with mild and reversible irritation to damaged skin;no obvious irritation to rabbit vaginal mucosa.Conclusion Shenju lotion is safe for external use.
