摘  要:在农产品供应链逐渐向现代产业体系和大生产大市场集中的过程中,信息不对称、企业竞争、物流等因素均可能导致供应链不稳定,并使供应链整体利润受损,农产品供应链主体间必须保持合作关系与利益协调机制。已有研究探讨了农产品供应链的联盟合作、契约设计、决策机制等问题,并运用各种博弈模型分析供应链主体间的利益分配机制,为供应链主要节点的选择、合作主体的确定、利益协调问题的解决提供了参考,但对供应链主体的主观选择考虑得不够充分。为探寻农产品供应链科学与长期合作机制,可运用KMRW声誉模型的重复博弈分析信息不对称条件下供应链各主体间的合作策略选择和稳定性,从供应商和经营商两个参与主体出发进行多阶段动态博弈。研究发现,农产品供应链的关键企业保持重复博弈有助于双方选择帕累托最优的策略(合作,合作);贴现因子越大,农产品供应链的关键企业越看重长远利益,选择合作的动机也越强。可见,构建合作机制的关键在于,寻找能够促使农产品供应链关键企业进行重复博弈、帮助其识别并信任对方的关键因素,提高其对长远利益的重视程度。这就需要农户和零售商建立完整的选择激励机制;建立约束机制和自身声誉机制,进一步保持长期合作;建立有效的沟通协调机制,统一共享信息平台,共同确立组织原则,优化初级加工和物流水平;将农产品供应链置于同行监测机制之下,增强贴现因子,推动农产品供应链上下游间形成稳定与长期合作。At present,the agricultural product supply chain is gradually concentrating to the modern industrial system and to the"big production-large market". But the asymmetry information and other factors can cause instability in the supply chain and the overall profit loss of the supply chain. The agricultural supply chain subjects must maintain cooperative relations and interest coordination mechanism. Some scholars have explored alliance cooperation,contract design,decision-making mechanism of agricultural supply chain in existing studies,and analyzed the benefit distribution mechanism among supply chain subjects by various game models. These studies provide a reference for the selection of main nodes in supply chain,the determination of cooperative subjects and the solution of the problem of interest coordination. But subjective choice of supply chain subjects was not sufficiently considered. In this paper,the author aims at exploring the long-term cooperation mechanism in supply chain of agricultural products. The author carries out research on cooperative game and the stability of supply chain subjects in the context of asymmetry information based on the repeated game of KMRW reputation mode,and makes multi-stage dynamic between the supplier and the operator. It is found that:(1)The repeated games is maintained by the key players in the supply chain of agricultural products,and it helps the two parties choose Pareto optimal(cooperation,cooperation)strategy;(2)The larger the discount factor is,the more important the long-term interests are for the key enterprises in the supply chain of agricultural products,and the greater cooperation motivation is. So the key to build a cooperative mechanism is to promote enterprises in supply chain of agricultural products to play a repetitive game,help them identify the key factors of trusting each other,and increase the emphasis on long-term interests.
