摘  要:系统研究亚共晶TiBw含量对近α高温钛合金微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。通过非自耗电弧熔炼制备不同体积分数的亚共晶TiBw增强近α高温钛合金基复合材料,并对其进行微观组织和压缩性能测试。结果表明:当TiBw体积分数较低(<2.5vol.%)时,TiBw易于在晶界富集,显著细化基体的原始β晶粒尺寸;当体积分数达到5vol.%及以上时,TiBw在复合材料基体中分布较为均匀。另外,随着TiBw含量的增加,复合材料的屈服强度和抗压强度均显著提高,但压缩塑性显著降低。由此可见亚共晶TiBw可显著细化基体组织并且改善基体合金的力学性能。The influence law of hypoeutectic TiBw content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of near-α high-temperature titanium alloy has been systematically studied. The hypoeutectic TiBw reinforced near-α high-temperature titanium alloy matrix composites with different volume fractions have been prepared by non-consumable arc melting, and their microstructure & compression properties have been tested. The results show that when the volume fraction of TiBw is low (<2.5vol.%), TiBw is easy to be enriched at the grain boundary, and the original β grain size of the matrix is remarkably refined. When the volume fraction reaches 5vol.% and above, TiBw distribution in the matrix of the composite material is relatively uniform. In addition, with the increase of TiBw content, the yield strength and compressive strength of the composites have been significantly improved, but the compression plasticity has significantly been reduced. It can be seen that the hypoeutectic TiBw can significantly refine the matrix structure and improve the mechanical properties of the matrix alloy.
