Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin和NGB对急性脑梗死的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、血管内皮钙粘素(VE-cadherin)和脑红蛋白(NGB在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月该院收治的ACI患者128例作为ACI组,并进一步分为轻度组(48例)、中度组(34例)和重度组(46例),同时选取健康体检者60例作为对照组。比较各组血清Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin、NGB水平变化,并分析Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin与NGB的相关性。结果ACI组Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin、NGB水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度组、中度组、重度组Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin、NGB水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平与NGB水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测Hcy、MCP-1、VE-cadherin和NGB水平变化有助于ACI的筛查诊断,且降低Hcy水平可能是预防其发生的一个措施。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of homocysteine(Hcy),monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP-1),vascular endothelial cadherin(VE-cadherin)and neuroglobin(NGB)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 128 patients with ACI admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as ACI group.They were further divided into mild group(48 cases),moderate group(34 cases)and severe group(46 cases).At the same time,60 healthy people were selected as control group.The serum levels of Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin and NGB were compared in each group,and the correlation between Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin and NGB were analyzed.Results The levels of Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin and NGB in the ACI group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin and NGB in the mild,moderate and severe groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin were positively correlated with the NGB level(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of Hcy,MCP-1,VE-cadherin and NGB levels are helpful for screening and diagnosis of ACI,and reducing Hcy levels may be a measure to prevent its occurrence.
