摘  要:目的:探讨卵巢癌组织肿瘤转移抑制基因Kang Ai1(KAI1)表达变化与卵巢癌预后的关系。方法:用Kaplan Meier plotter数据库分析卵巢癌组织和正常组织中KAI1基因表达的差异,并分析不同KAI1基因表达状态下卵巢癌的总生存差异,探索KAI1基因表达的预后价值。结果:Kaplan Meier plotter数据库包含了1 653个病例样本。数据分析结果显示正常卵巢组织中KAI1基因低表达,卵巢癌组织中KAI1基因高表达。根据预设的截断值,824例为高表达组,832例患者为低表达。低表达组卵巢癌中位总生存时间为44.03个月,高表达组为46.52个月,差异具有统计学意义[风险比HR=0.83,95%CI(0.73~0.95),P=0.005 1]。结论:卵巢癌组织KAI1基因高表达提示预后良好,总生存可获得改善。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of KAI1 gene and the prognosis in ovarian cancer. Method The Kaplan Meier plotter database was used to analyze the difference of KAI1 gene expression in ovarian cancer tissues and normal tissues,and the overall survival difference of ovarian cancer under different KAI1 gene expression status was analyzed.The prognostic value of KAI1 gene expression was explored. Results The Kaplan Meier plotter database contained 1 653 case samples.The results of data analysis showed that the KAI1 gene was down-regulated in normal ovarian tissues,while was highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues.According to the preset cut-off value,824 cases were included in high expression group and 832 cases in low expression group.The median survival time of ovarian cancer in the low expression group was 44.03 months,and that in the high expression group was 46.52 months.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05),and the hazard ratio was HR =0.83,95% CI (0.73-0.95), P =0.005 1. Conclusion The high expression of KAI1 gene in ovarian cancer tissues indicates a good prognosis and it can improve overall survival.
