摘  要:[目的]通过对常见蜜源花卉的成分分析,为其高效利用提供依据。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取茉莉花中的挥发油,超声波辅助萃取蜜源花粉中的多不饱和脂肪酸,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对茉莉精油及不饱和脂肪酸进行成分分析,索式抽提花卉黄色素,并测定其稳定性。[结果]茉莉精油中苯甲酸-3-己烯酯为主要成分,其次是芳樟醇;蜜源花粉中含有丰富的多不饱和脂肪酸PUFAs,且来源广泛;油菜花黄色素具有较高的稳定性。[结论]蜜源植物花卉(花粉)是一类重要的植物资源,具有开发利用的广阔空间。[Objective]Through the analysis of the composition of common honey flower, it provides a basis for its efficient use.[Method]The volatile oil in jasmine was extracted by steam distillation, the polyunsaturated fatty acids were extracted by ultrasonic wave, and the components of jasmine essential oil and unsaturated fatty acid were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The flower yellow pigment was extracted and the stability was measured.[Result]The main component of jasperic acid in the jasmine essential oil, followed by linalool;honey source pollen was rich in polyunsaturated fatty acid PUFAs, and the source was wide;rape yellow pigment has high stability.[Conclusion]The nectar plant flower (pollen) is an important plant resource with a broad space for development and utilization.
