摘　　要：当下,“三微一端”(即“微博、微信、微视频和客户端”)已经成为新媒体格局中的常态传播载体。政务微信作为一种新的政府传播端口,以前所未有的优势推动网络问政向纵深方向发展,成为国家治理、政务信息公开、政府形象塑造、舆论引导和危机管理的利器。在打造祖国北疆亮丽风景线的布局中,作为工业城市的包头扮演着举足轻重的角色。立足于包头市政务微信的实际情况,采用实证研究方法,重点考察传播系统中受众的人口特征、参与度、满意度、媒介选择动机等指标,探究包头市政务微信的发展现状、传播效果及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,从而致力于推动包头政务微信的良性发展。At present,microblog,WeChat,video and client-side have become the normal media carriers in the new media structure. As a new government communication port,the government WeChat promotes the development of online governance with unprecedented advantages,which has become an edge tool of national management,government information publicity,government image moulding,public opinion guidance and crisis management. As an industrial city,Baotou City plays an important role in creating a beautiful landscape in the northern frontier of China. Based on the actual situation of Baotou City government affairs account on WeChat,using empirical research method,focusing on the transmission system of audience demographics,engagement,satisfaction,media selection indices such as motivation,this essay explores the current development of Baotou City government affairs account on WeChat,its communication effect and existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion,in order to promote the sound development of Baotou government affairs account on WeChat.
