摘　　要：本文通过分析1例急性胰腺炎合并广泛门静脉系统血栓形成及小肠坏死患者的诊断及治疗过程,进一步提高对急性胰腺炎静脉并发症的认识。The article analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of one case acute pancreatitis with extensive portal vein system thrombosis and intestinal necrosis.To further improve the understanding of venous complications in acute pancreatitis.
