自媒体环境下高校教师社会形象问题刍议

摘　　要：随着互联网络的普及与发展,以微信公众平台、贴吧、论坛、微博等为代表的自媒体发展迅猛。自媒体平台上关于高校教师负面形象的报道日益增多,高校教师的声望和社会形象也遇到了前所未有的挑战。文章分析了自媒体环境下高校教师社会形象存在的问题及其形成原因,并从社会层面、学校层面和教师自身三个方面提出了改善高校教师形象的对策,以实现高校教师形象的重构。With the popularization and development of the Internet,we-media represented by WeChat Public Platform,Post Bar,Forum,Weibo,etc.have developed rapidly.Since there are more reports on the negative image of university teachers on the we-media platform,the reputation and social image of university teachers have also encountered unprecedented challenges.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the social image of teachers in colleges and universities under the we-media environment,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the image of teachers in colleges and universities from three aspects: social level,school level and teachers themselves,so as to realize the reconstruction of the image of teachers in colleges and universities.
