摘 要:为了解决柴油预混合压燃着火相位的控制难题,采用高温气体射流控制压缩着火(jet controlled compression ignition,JCCI)的方法,其通过射流喷入一定量的高温气体来触发缸内处于着火临界状态的预混合气自燃,从而实现着火相位的有效控制。采用三维CFD耦合简化化学反应机理的方法,研究高温气体JCCI方式的着火和燃烧过程,分析射流温度分别为700,800,900和1 000K时对其燃烧和排放特性的影响。研究结果表明:在上止点附近射流喷入高温气体能触发缸内预混合气多点自燃;随着射流温度提高,高温反应始点前移,放热峰值升高;CA50前移,燃烧持续期缩短;此外,NOx排放逐渐增加,CO排放逐渐减少,soot排放量几乎为零。In order to solve the problem of phasing control for premixed charge compression ignition in diesel engines, the combustion mode of high temperature gas jet controlled compression ignition(JCCI) was employed.It triggers the spontaneous combustion of the pre-mixture in the critical conditions in the cylinder by jetting a certain amount of high temperature gas.The 3D CFD model coupled with the reduced chemical kinetics was developed to investigate the ignition and combustion processes of the high temperature gas JCCI combustion mode,and the effects of jet temperature at 700,800,900 and 1 000 K on combustion and emission characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the autoignition of the pre-mixture in the cylinder can be triggered by jetting a certain amount of high temperature gas near the top dead center.With the increase of jet temperature,the high temperature reaction starts earlier,and the peak of heat release rate increases.CA50 is advanced,and the burning duration is shortened.Besides,the NOx emission increases,and the CO emission decreases,while the soot emission is almost zero.
