摘　　要：[目的]制定精神分裂症患者生命质量测定量表第二版(QLICD-SCV2.0)的最小临床重要性差值(MCID)。[方法]采用锚定法和分布法制定量表各个领域得分及总分的MCID,根据不同方法的公认程度确定权重,利用加权法作为MCID的最终结果。[结果]利用加权法算得生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、共性模块、特异模块、总量表的MCID分别为6.96、10.53、7.11、6.86、9.94、5.35。[结论]制定的MCID可以为临床工作者和研究者提供参考依据,治疗后得分改变超过MCID时认为具有临床意义。Objective To formulate the minimal clinically importance difference value(MCID)of life quality determination of the scale(second edition QLICD-SC V2.0)for patient with schizophrenia. Methods It used anchor-based approach and distribution-based approach to formulate the score in each field and MCID of total points. Confirmed the weight according to accepted degree of different approaches,and used weighting method as the final result of MCID. Results The MCID of physiological function,psychological function,social function,the common module,the specific module and the total scale were 6.96,10.53,7.11,6.86,9.94 and 5.35 respectively which calculated by weighting method. Conclusions Formulated MCID can provide reference basis for clinical workers and researchers,there is clinical significance when the scores are higher than MCID after treatment.
