创新型人才对经济发展贡献率分析——以皖北地区为例

摘　　要：基于改进的Cobb-DougLas生产函数,以皖北地区为研究对象,建立物质资本投入、劳动力投入及创新型人才与经济发展关系的函数模型,通过SPSS19.0软件处理数据,分别计算各要素对经济发展的贡献率及该地区各市创新型人才对经济发展贡献率,得出结论:皖北地区创新型人才对经济增长的贡献率不高,影响经济发展的首要因素为物质资本投入。根据研究结果提出了重视创新型人才培养,加大高等教育投资力度,引导创新型人才正向流动,加强城市间合作与交流的具体建议。Based on the improved Cobb-DougLas production function,this paper establishes a functional model about material capital investment,labor input,innovative talents and economic development,taking the northern Anhui Province as the research object.Through SPSS19.0 software processing data,we calculate the contribution rate of each factor to economic development and the contribution rate of innovative talents to economic development in each city of the region,and draw the conclusion that the contribution rate of innovative talents to economic growth in northern Anhui is not high;the principal factor affecting economic development is material capital investment.In the light of the research results,specific suggestions are put forward to attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents,increase investment in higher education,guide the positive flow of innovative talents,and strengthen cooperation and exchanges among cities.
