摘  要:目的探讨分析薄荷复方煎液对龋病及牙周病常见致病菌生理活性的抑制作用。方法于2018年6月选取华西口腔医学院卫生部提供的牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌作为本研究的实验菌株,选用薄荷、白芷、川椒、细辛、石菖蒲、补骨脂、仙灵脾等十多味中药制成的薄荷复方煎液作为实验药物,并将其稀释为1∶2、1∶4、1∶8、1∶16不同浓度的药物,分别作为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4,另外选择不加药液的培养液作为对照组。观察不同薄荷复方煎液对两种口腔细菌的产酸能力及合成水不溶性胞外多糖能力的抑制作用。结果四个平行实验组和对照组的pH值均低于初始pH值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四个平行实验组的pH值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着薄荷复方煎液浓度的不断降低,pH值逐渐降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四个平行实验组中不溶性葡聚糖含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着薄荷复方煎液浓度的不断降低,牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌两种菌株合成的不溶性葡聚糖含量逐渐升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薄荷复方煎液对龋病及牙周病常见致病菌如牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌的酸代谢和糖代谢均有较好的抑制作用,且随着药物浓度降低,两种菌株生理活性的抑制作用有所减弱。Objective To investigate and analyze the inhibitory effect of Peppermint Compound Decoction on physiological activity of common pathogenic bacteria of dental caries and periodontal diseases.Methods In June 2018,Streptococcus sanguis and Porphyromonas gingivalis provided by Ministry of Health,West China Stomatology Medical College was selected as the experimental strain.Peppermint Compound Decoction made of Peppermint,Angelica dahurica,Sichuan pepper,Asarum,Acorus calamus,Psoralen,Xianling Spleen and so on was used as experimental medicine.And it was diluted to 1∶2,1∶4,1∶8,1∶16 different concentrations of drugs as the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2,the experimental group 3,the experimental group 4.In addition,the culture medium without medication was selected as the control group.The inhibitory effect of Peppermint Compound Decoction on the acid production and the synthesis of water-insoluble extracellular polysaccharides of two kinds of oral bacteria were observed.Results The pH values of the four parallel experimental and control groups were significantly lower than those of the initial pH value (P<0.05).The pH values of the four parallel experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the pH values gradually decreased with the decrease of the concentration of Peppermint Compound Decoction,there was significant difference between the four groups (P<0.05).The content of insoluble dextran synthesized by Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus sanguis in the four parallel experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The content of insoluble dextran increased with the decrease of the concentration of Peppermint Compound Decoction,and the difference between the four groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Peppermint Compound Decoction can inhibit the acid metabolism and glucose metabolism of common pathogenic bacteria such as Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus sanguis.With the decreas
