摘　　要：战略性新兴产业已悄然成为新时代经济社会发展的“领头羊”。针对战略性新兴产业的特征和发展现状,建立战略性新兴产业创新能力评价DEMATEL-ANP模型,在厘清复杂指标之间的网络关系基础上确定指标的权重,综合决策试行与评价实验室(DEMATEL)和网络层次分析法(ANP)两种方法计算得出指标的混合权重,并以云南省战略性新兴产业2016年度的数据为例实证分析其创新能力。研究结果显示:管理创新能力和技术创新能力对战略性新兴产业的创新能力起到关键性作用,管理创新能力和制度创新能力在创新过程中影响产业技术和市场的创新。Strategic emerging industries have quietly become the leader in economic and social development in the new era. According to the characteristics and development status of strategic emerging industries, this paper establishes a DEMATEL-ANP model for evaluation of innovation ability of strategic emerging industries, determines the weight of indexes on the basis of clarifying the network relationship between complex indexes, and calculates the mixed weight of indexes by means of comprehensive decision trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL) and network analytic hierarchy process(ANP). The innovation ability of strategic emerging industries in Yunnan Province is empirically analyzed by taking the data of strategic emerging industries in Yunnan Province in 2016 as an example. The results show that management innovation ability and technological innovation ability play a key role in the innovation ability of strategic emerging industries, and management innovation ability and institutional innovation ability affect the innovation of industrial technology and market in the process of innovation.
