服务模块化网络组织治理路径研究:风险悖论的视角

摘　　要：基于探索性案例研究方法和框架,立足风险悖论的视角,分别从点、线、面3个方面对农业产业网络风险悖论现象进行探究。研究发现,过高、过低以及不完善的服务模块化设计均能够诱引农业产业网络组织风险生成,而产业网络的服务模块化结构在一定程度上又为其风险的形成路径提供了技术平台。为此,提出农业产业服务模块化网络风险治理的3条优化路径,即通过优化网络节点模块的公理化设计来控制网络组织的风险源,通过优化节点模块松散耦合设计规范网络组织的风险传导途径,以及通过优化网络界面规则标准化设计防止网络风险爆发。Focusing on the methods and framework of exploratory case analysis, and based on the perspective of risk paradox, this paper probes into the agricultural industry network organizational risk from three aspects: point, line and surface. The research shows that that the exorbitant service modular design, lower service modular design and imperfect service modular design can induce the risk of agricultural industry network organization, and the structure of industry service modular can provide technical platform for the formation of risk in some extent. For this reason, the paper proposes three optimized paths of the risk management of modularized network of the agricultural industry service:controlling network risk sources by optimizing the axiomatic design of network node modules, regulating the node risk transmission path through optimizing network organization’s loose coupling design, and preventing the outbreak of network organization risks by optimizing the standardize design of network organization rules.
