摘 要:目的掌握四川省饮茶型地氟病流行趋势及居民户合格砖茶普及情况,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法按照《2016-2020年四川省饮茶型地氟病监测方案》,选择康定、道孚、雅江、甘孜、红原和若尔盖为监测县,每个县按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各选择5个乡,每个乡随机选择1个村,检测饮水氟含量;砖茶含氟量、砖茶年人均消耗量及日人均茶氟摄入量;8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况等。结果以描述性统计分析为主。结果 2016年监测点砖茶含氟均值为1 041.57 mg/kg,合格砖茶食用率1.20%,常住人口年平均砖茶消耗量为4.14 kg,日人均茶氟摄入量为11.81 mg,儿童氟斑牙检出率为14.05%;2017年监测点砖茶含氟均值为786.16 mg/kg,合格砖茶食用率2.67%,常住人口年平均砖茶消耗量为4.77 kg,日人均茶氟摄入量为10.28 mg,儿童氟斑牙检出率为19.79%。结论对比两年监测结果,四川省饮茶型地氟病病区,合格砖茶食用率上升,常住人口年平均砖茶消耗量、日人均茶氟摄入量有所下降,氟斑牙病情处于稳定趋势,表明近年来采取以健康教育为主的综合防治措施取得一定成效。Objective To grasp the trend of drinking-tea-type endemic fluorosis in Sichuan province and the popularity situation of the qualified brick tea among residents. Methods In accordance with the content and requirements of "Sichuan Provincial Monitoring Program of Drinking-tea-type Endemic Fluorosis in 2016-2020". Ruoergai counties were selected as the monitoring county, and five townships were selected from each county according to the orientation, and one village was randomly selected in each township to test the content of fluoride in drinking water. Fluoride content in brick tea,brick tea consumption per year and fluoride intake per day, prevalence of dental fluoride in children aged 8 to 12 years old and so on were monitored. Results In 2016,the average fluoride content of brick tea was 1 041.57 mg/kg, the consumption rate of qualified brick tea was 1.20%,the annual average consumption of brick tea among residents was 4.14 kg, the daily average fluoride intake content from tea was 11.81 mg,and the rate of dental fluorosis in children was 14.05%.In 2017, the average fluoride content of brick tea was 786.16 mg/kg, the consumption rate of qualified brick tea was 2.67%, the annual average consumption of brick tea among residents was4.77 kg, and the daily average fluoride intake content of brick tea was 10.28 mg. The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children was 19.79%. Conclusion Comparing the monitoring results of two years, the consumption rate of qualified brick tea was increased in the tea-drinking endemic fluorosis area of Sichuan province, the annual average consumption of brick tea and the daily per capita intake of tea fluoride of the permanent population were decreased, and the dental fluorosis situation was in a stable trend, it indicated that comprehensive prevention and control measures based on health education had achieved some results in recent years.
