摘  要:膨胀烟丝的水分是关键的工艺质量指标,膨胀烟丝的水分是由膨化设备出口的回潮桶决定的,由于膨化设备的回潮桶的工艺参数与制丝线的回潮机工艺参数区别较大,因此制丝线采用的回潮方式在这里是不适用的,从加水方式方面对膨胀烟丝回潮桶进行了改进,设计了控制系统的软硬件结构,采用PID控制算法对水分进行控制,在实际生产中取得了较好的效果。The moisture content of the expanded tobacco is the key quality index.The moisture of the expanded tobacco is determined by the conditioning cylinder at the outlet of the expansion equipment.Since the process parameters of the conditioning cylinder of the expansion device are different from the process parameters of other conditioning cylinder in the production line,Therefore the method used in the wire production is not applicable here.The conditioning cylinder is improved from the water addition method.The hardware and software structure of the control system is designed,and the water content is controlled by the PID feedback control algorithm.Good results have been achieved in actual production.
