摘　　要：以卓越土木工程师为培养目标,构建了OpenSees-OpenFresco-MTS抗震混合试验教学实践平台。结合防屈曲支撑等案例,优化了"结构检验"实践课程,开展了课外研学本科生科研训练计划(SRTP)项目以及研讨会式(Seminar)研讨课程,探索实施了面向卓越工程师培养的创新实践教学改革设想和人才培养模式。In order to meet the goal of outstanding engineers’cultivation in civil engineering,the practice platform(OpenSees-OpenFresco-MTS)of hybrid simulation test was established,the course of Test of Building Structure was then optimized by combining with the actual cases of buckling resistance braces and others,the projects of SRTP and course of Seminar were systematically developed.The innovative teaching practice and training modes for outstanding engineers training project were explored in this paper.
