摘  要:针对日益严峻的恶臭污染问题,依托先进的学科建设平台,设计了恶臭嗅觉测定研究性教学实验。该实验将国标三点比较式臭袋法和欧标动态嗅觉仪法进行对比研究。实验结果表明,动态嗅觉仪在恶臭浓度测定方面具有更高的精度、可重复性和准确性。实验采用"引导-探索-实验-掌握"的研究性教学模式,通过让学生自主设计实验方案、全面参与嗅辨过程并获得实验结果,使学生掌握了恶臭嗅觉测定法的基础知识,了解了国际先进恶臭监测设备的结构和功能,为学生今后从事恶臭领域的研究提供了良好的基础。In view of the increasingly serious problem of odor pollution,and based on the advanced discipline construction platform,a research teaching experiment on odor olfaction was designed.In this experiment,the national standard triangle odor bag method and the European standard dynamic olfactometer method were compared.The experimental results show that the dynamic olfactometer has higher accuracy,repeatability and accuracy in the determination of odor concentration.This teaching experiment adopted the research teaching mode of"guide-exploreexperiment-grasp".By allowing students to design experimental programs independently and fully participate in the sniffing process and obtain the experimental results,the students could grasp the basic knowledge of odor olfactory measurement,and understand the structure and function of the international advanced odor monitoring equipment.This experiment was capable of improving practical ability and interest of students,and provided a good foundation for them to be engaged in the field of odor in the future.
