摘　　要：旅游管理专业是综合性很强的应用性学科,在创新创业教育方面具有许多优势条件。系统构建了基于创新创业能力培养目标的旅游管理专业实践教学体系,包括以实验实践课程为主的基础层面,以校企合作、专业实习为主的提升层面,以创业课程、创新创业大赛和毕业论文为主的综合层面和以校级创新创业平台、校友计划为主的支持层面;并以项目运作为核心探讨实践教学模式的改革。系统构建实践教学体系并打造项目运作式实践教学模式,从框架到内容均立足于创新创业能力的培养,以期实现创新创业教育人才培养目标。In the transition period of China’s economic and social development with innovation driven development,talent cultivation based on innovation and entrepreneurship capability has become an important part of college education.Tourism management is a comprehensive and applied discipline with many advantages in innovation and entrepreneurship education.In this paper,a practical teaching system for tourism management is systematically constructed,including the basic level focusing on experimental practice courses.The promotion level focuses on school-enterprise cooperation and professional internship,the comprehensive level includes entrepreneurship courses,innovation and entrepreneurship competition and graduation thesis,and the support level is based on the school-level entrepreneurial platform and alumni program.Finally,a project-oriented practical teaching model is discussed.From the framework to the content,the practical teaching system and project-oriented practical teaching model both are based on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve the goal of training talents for innovation and entrepreneurship.
