摘  要:目的分析出生体重<1500 g早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的发病特点及危险因素。方法187例出生体重<1500 g的早产儿,根据是否发生ROP分为ROP组(46例)和非ROP组(141例)。对两组母婴资料进行单因素分析,然后运用多因素Logistic回归分析,总结影响ROP发生的相关危险因素。结果单因素分析显示,两组胎龄、无创通气时间、血红蛋白最低值对比,差异具有统计学意义(Z=3.394、4.149、3.310,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,胎龄小、无创通气时间长、血红蛋白最低值低是影响ROP发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论胎龄小、无创通气时间长、血红蛋白最低值低是影响ROP发生的独立危险因素,临床工作中需重点关注。Objective To analyze the pathogenic characteristics and risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)with birth weight<1500 g.Methods A total of 187 premature infants with birth weight<1500 g were divide by whether ROP occurred or not into ROP group(46 cases)and non-ROP group(141 cases).Univariate analysis was performed on the maternal and child data of the two groups,and then multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to summarize the relevant risk factors affecting the occurrence of ROP.Results Univariate analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in gestational age,noninvasive ventilation time and minimum hemoglobin(Z=3.394,4.149,3.310,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that small gestational age,long noninvasive ventilation time and low minimum hemoglobin were independent risk factors for occrrence of ROP(P<0.05).Conclusion Small gestational age,long noninvasive ventilation time and low minimum hemoglobin are independent risk factors affecting the occurrence of ROP,and should be paid more attention in clinical work.
