微螺钉种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸患者的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸患者的疗效及安全性。方法82例口腔正畸患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予传统支抗治疗,观察组给予微螺钉种植体支抗治疗。治疗后对患者进行12个月随访,比较两组X线测定结果及安全性。结果观察组治疗后12个月磨牙位移量(3.67±0.67)mm小于对照组的(5.92±1.21)mm,上中切牙倾角差(27.53±3.26)°、上中切牙凸距差(5.78±0.71)mm均大于对照组的(11.49±1.26)°、(3.85±0.24)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.88%低于对照组的34.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微螺钉种植体支抗用于口腔正畸患者治疗中,能获得良好的治疗效果,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of micro-screw implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontic patients.Methods A total of 82 orthodontic patients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received traditional anchorage,and the observation group was treated with micro-screw implant anchorage.Patients were followed-up for 12 months,and the X-ray measurements results and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months of treatment,the observation group had less molar displacement as(3.67±0.67)mm than(5.92±1.21)mm in the control group,and greater difference of inclination angle of upper central incisor as(27.53±3.26)°and convex distance of upper central incisor as(5.78±0.71)mm than(11.49±1.26)°and(3.85±0.24)mm in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 4.88%than 34.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-screw implant anchorage shows good treatment effect and high safety for the treatment of patients with orthodontics,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
