低分子肝素钠对口腔癌术后下肢静脉血栓的预防效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨低分子肝素钠对口腔癌术后下肢静脉血栓的预防效果.方法:回顾性分析口腔癌患者25例,术前和术后第7天进行D-D二聚体检验和下肢静脉超声检查;实验组患者术后第1天开始给予低分子肝素钠治疗.结果:对照组和实验组术后D-D二聚体均明显高于术前;术前两组的D-D二聚体没有差异,术后实验组的D-D二聚体明显低于对照组.实验组下肢静脉血栓的发病率(10.00%)明显低于对照组(53.33%),对照组1例肺栓塞.结论:低分子肝素钠能有效降低口腔癌患者术后D-D二聚体,以及预防下肢静脉血栓.Objective:To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium on the prevention of postoperative venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in patients with oral cancer.Methods:Twenty-five patients with oral cancer who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the retrospective analysis study,divided into control and experimental groups.These patients were examined by D-dimer combined with ultrasonographic imaging of lower limb vein pre-operation and on the 7th day post-operation.The patients in the experimental group were given low molecular weight heparin sodium while not in the control group from the 1st day after operation.Results:The postoperative D-dimer was much higher than the preoperative both in control and experimental groups.There was no difference in preoperative D-dimer between control and experimental groups while the D-dimer in the experimental group was pretty lower than that in the control group.The incidence of venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in the experimental group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(53.33%).There was one patient suffered from pulmonary embolism only in the control group.Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin sodium could efficiently decrease postoperative D-dimer in the patients with oral cancer,and prevent venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
