摘  要:目的:根据螺旋CT血管造影(CTA),探讨缺血性脑血管病患者情况。方法:收治缺血性脑血管病患者355例,经头颈部螺旋CTA,分析脑动脉管腔狭窄程度及动脉粥样斑块的性质、成分。结果:355例患者中,CTA检出各种斑块(钙化斑、软斑、混合斑)248例(69.8%),动脉狭窄222例(62.5%),血管闭塞25例(7%)。颅外动脉狭窄最常见的部位是颈内动脉起始部,颅内动脉狭窄最常见的部位是大脑中动脉M1段。结论:缺血性脑血管病患者的颅内外动脉斑块发生率均较高,头颈动脉多层CTA可以准确评价颅内外动脉的病变情况,对脑卒中的二级预防具有重要指导意义。Objective:To research the reiationship between ischemic cerebrovascuiar disease and the composition and properties of the atheroscierotic piaguesa and the arteriai iumen stenosis inside or outside the caivariums of patients with ischemic cerebrovascuiar disease.Methods:355 cases of ischemic cerebrovascuiar disease were selected.Via head-neck spirai CT angiographya the composition and properties of the atheroscierotic piaguesa and the arteriai iumen stenosis in the cerebraiarteries were anaiyzed.Results:Among 355 cases by CTA,248 cases(69.8%)suffered from various atheroscierotic piagues(calcified piaguea, soft piague,hybrid piague),222 cases(62.5%)with arteriai iumen stenosisa and 25 cases with vascuiar occiusion.The most common site of extracranial artery stenosis is the origin of internal carotid artery,and the most common site of intracranial artery stenosis is the middle cerebral artery M1 segment.Conclusion:The incidence of intracranial and extracranial artery plaques is high in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Multilayer CTA of head and carotid artery can accurately evaluate the pathological changes of intracranial and extracranial arteries,which has important guiding significance for secondary prevention of stroke.
