摘　　要：党的“十九大”提出了“以人民为中心”“构建和谐社会”的发展要求。本文聚焦智障读者特殊群体的信息需求与服务现状,以西安慧灵智障人士服务中心为例,采用访谈法与观察法对智障读者信息需求现状进行了研究,对图书馆开展智障读者信息服务进行分析,并提出了图书馆有效开展智障读者信息服务的几点策略。The party’s "19 major" puts forward the development requirement of "taking people as the center" and "building a harmonious society".This paper focuses on the information needs and service status of special groups of people with intellectual disabilities,taking Xi’an hui ling disabled service center as an example,using interview method and observation method,studies the status of information demand for people with intellectual disabilities,and analyzes the information service of intellectual disability in libraries.And it puts forward several strategies for libraries to effectively carry out information services for people with intellectual disabilities.
