合作伙伴特性对乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性的影响——基于质量安全视角的实证研究

摘　　要：本文实证检验了合作伙伴特性对乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性的影响机制、信任的调节作用以及质量安全关系承诺被信任调节的中介作用。研究结果表明,合作伙伴特性、质量安全关系承诺分别与乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性存在显著的正相关关系;质量安全关系承诺在合作伙伴特性与乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性之间起到中介作用;信任(能力信任、善意信任)正向调节合作伙伴特性与乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性之间的正相关关系,但负向调节质量安全关系承诺与乳制品供应链合作关系稳定性之间的正相关关系和质量安全关系承诺的中介作用。This paper uses AMOS 17.0, SPSS 21.0 and the macro program wrote by Hayes(2013) to empirically test the influence mechanism of partner characteristics on the stability of cooperative relationship in dairy supply chain, the moderating effect of trust and the mediating role of trust regulation in quality safety relationship commitment. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between partners’ characteristics, quality security relationship commitments and the stability of the cooperative relationship of dairy supply chain. The quality safety relationship commitments play an intermediary role between partner characteristics and the stability of the cooperative relationship of dairy supply chain. Positive trust(i.e. competence trust and goodwill trust) adjusts the positive correlation between partner characteristics and the stability of the cooperative relationship of dairy supply chain, but provides negative regulation for the positive correlation between the quality safety relationship commitment and the stability of the cooperative relationship of dairy supply chain, as well as the intermediary role of the quality safety relationship commitment.
