无痛消化内镜下热极治疗胃肠息肉的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的针对患有胃肠息肉的患者,对其进行无痛消化内镜下热极治疗以后,对相关治疗方法的临床效果进行观察。方法在本院2018年2月到2019年2月接受患有胃肠息肉的患者中随机挑选42例,将其分为对比组(n=21)和观察组(n=21),分别对其进行普通治疗和无痛消化内镜下热极治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效率和不良反应发生率。结果(1)对比两组患者的治疗有效率:本次研究中,观察组患者的治疗效率为95.24%(20/21),对比组患者的治疗效率为76.19%(16/21),P<0.05;(2)对比两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应:本次研究中,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.52%(2/21),对比组患者的不良反应发生率为23.81%(5/21),P<0.05。结论患有胃肠息肉的患者,对其进行无痛消化内镜下热极治疗以后,能够使患者的病情得到良好控制,改善患者在治疗过程中的不良反应,使患者的各项症状得到有效控制,降低患者的疼痛感。Objective For patients with gastrointestinal polyps, after painless endoscopic thermopolar therapy, the clinical effect of related treatment methods was observed. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019, 42 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were randomly selected and divided into control group (n=21) and observation group (n=21). They were treated with ordinary therapy and painless endoscopic thermopolar therapy respectively. The treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results (1) Comparing the treatment efficiency of two groups of patients: In this study, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was 95.24%(20/21), the treatment efficiency of the control group was 76.19%(16/21), P<0.05;(2) Comparing the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients in the treatment process: In this study, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 9.52%(2/21), and that in the control group was 23.81%(5/21), P<0.05. Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal polyps, after painless endoscopic thermopolar therapy, can make the patient’s condition under good control, improve the adverse reactions of patients in the treatment process, so that the symptoms of patients can be effectively controlled, reduce the pain of patients.
