摘　　要：Survivin是具有很强抑制凋亡作用的蛋白,可能通过阻断半胱天冬酶(Caspase)的活化来调节细胞分裂和抑制细胞凋亡,在肿瘤细胞周期、血管的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。Survivin在大多数肿瘤及胚胎组织中广泛表达但在终末分化的正常成人组织中则检测不到。有研究发现在肿瘤患者的外周血液循环中存在survivin抗体,因此,survivin蛋白具有免疫原性。基于这些特性,Survivin蛋白可能作为临床诊断肿瘤的标记物和肿瘤免疫治疗有效候选者。积极探索survivin蛋白在肿瘤免疫过程中的作用及机制将为临床治疗肿瘤提供一定的理论依据。Survivin is a protein with strong inhibitory effect on apoptosis.It may regulate cell division and inhibit apoptosis by blocking the activation of caspase.It plays an important role in tumor cell cycle,angiogenesis and development;It is widely expressed in most tumors and embryonic tissues but not in normal adult tissues that are terminally differentiated.Survivin antibodies have been found in the peripheral blood circulation of tumor patients.Therefore,survivin is immunogenic.Based on these characteristics,survivin may be a useful marker for the diagnosis of tumors and a candidate for tumor immunotherapy.Therefore,actively exploring the role and mechanism of survivin protein in tumor immune process will provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of tumors.
