尿激酶静脉溶栓应用于超早期脑梗塞的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对尿激酶静脉溶栓在超早期脑梗塞中的治疗效果进行探讨.方法将研究纳入标准、排除标准作为筛选前提,从我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的患者人群中抽取15例超早期脑梗塞患者参与研究,临床上予以尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,并设为观察组.在相同的时间段抽取另外15例超早期脑梗塞患者参与研究,临床上予以非溶栓治疗,设为参照组.就两组患者的临床治疗情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比.结果观察组在治疗效果方面相对参照组更为出色,数值方面总有效率更高,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组在脑出血发生率方面相对参照组更低,与参照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义.结论采用尿激酶静脉溶栓对超早期脑梗塞患者实施治疗,疗效显著,但是治疗过程中容易出现脑出血,需要合理掌控及时予以治疗.Objective To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of Super-early cerebral infarction. Methods The study included the criteria and exclusion criteria as the screening premise. 15 patients with ultra-early cerebral infarction were enrolled from the patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. Clinically, urokinase intravenous thrombolysis was performed. And set as a research observation group. Another 15 patients with ultra-early cerebral infarction were enrolled in the same time period, and were treated with non-thrombolytic therapy in the clinic. The analysis and data comparison were carried out on the clinical treatment and prognosis of the two groups of patients. Results The observation group was superior to the reference group in terms of treatment effect, the numerical value was always more efficient, and the difference from the reference group was larger, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase is effective in the treatment of patients with super-early cerebral infarction. However, cerebral hemorrhage is prone to occur in the course of treatment, which needs reasonable control and timely treatment.
