摘  要:传统电化学法可燃及有毒有害气体报警传感器应用于城市下水道管网、公厕、小区的化粪池等场合。由于设备经常处于高温高湿环境,传感器的敏感元经常存在快速劣化现象,设备稳定使用周期急剧缩短,为用户带来大量的系统维护和耗材成本的问题。设计并实现采用热释电材料传感器,基于非分散红外光谱吸收原理的多组分气体监测报警系统。实验结果表明,该系统以较低的综合使用成本完全实现了传统电化学传感器的替代,适合市政、化工、石油等可燃及有毒有害气体监测的场合使用。Traditional electrochemical flammable and toxic gas alarm sensors are used in urban sewer network,public toilets,septic tanks in residential areas and other occasions.Because the equipment is often in high temperature and humidity environment,sensor sensitive elements often deteriorate rapidly,the stable life of the equipment is sharply shortened,which brings a lot of cost of system maintenance and consumables for users.To solve this problem,we designed and implemented a multicomponent gas monitoring and alarm system based on non-dispersive infrared spectrum absorption principle,using pyroelectric material sensor.The experimental results show that the system can completely replace the traditional electrochemical sensors with a lower comprehensive cost,and is suitable for municipal,chemical,petroleum and other flammable and toxic gas monitoring occasions.
