摘 要:制造企业服务化是世界的制造业发展的重要趋势,也是我国制造业转型升级的重要内容.然而,关于制造企业服务化与绩效之间的关系,研究结论莫衷一是,分歧较大.制造企业服务化就是生产经营各环节服务要素所占比例不断提升的过程,包括投入服务化和产出服务化两方面.制造企业服务化和绩效之间关系复杂,存在正相关和负相关的线性关系、正"U"型和倒"U"型及"马鞍"型的非线性关系、非相关关系.这是不同情形下两者之间关系的具体表现,并不是非此即彼.目前研究存在样本企业少和数据量小及观察期短、服务化程度和绩效衡量指标不全面的局限.扩大样本范围,完善服务化程度和绩效衡量指标,扩大研究时间跨度,采用时间序列数据,应成为今后研究的方向.Manufacturing servitization is an important trend in the development of manufacturing industry in the world, and also an important part of the?transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,?which has aroused widespread concern of scholars at home and abroad. However, there are different conclusions about the relationship between manufacturing servitization level and firm performance. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of manufacturing servitization, the paper summarizes the literature on measuring the service-oriented degree of input and output of manufacturing enterprises, and combs out positive correlation and negative correlation in the linear relationship, the "U" type and the inverted "U" type and the saddle type in the nonlinear relationship, and the non-correlation relationship between service-oriented degree and performance. The reasons for these differences are discussed, and it is pointed out that these complex relationships are the expression of the relationship between them under different circumstances, not either one or the other. Finally, the paper analyzes limitations of relevant research, and prospects the direction of research in future.
