摘 要:智力资本在企业经营管理中的地位日益重要,十九大报告中提出21世纪是一个知识经济和智力资本占主导的时代,然而,如何进行管理并使之增值就成为企业面临的日益迫切的任务.尽管目前我国大部分企业已经意识到智力资本的重要性,但大多数企业并没有一个清晰的智力资本管理架构,也不知道如何采取有效的智力资本管理措施及其发挥的巨大作用来增强企业的核心竞争力.通过对相关文献的整理分析,全面探究近十年来企业智力资力管理的研究动态,梳理提炼主要研究内容和管理方法,挖掘研究中的问题和不足,以期为未来的企业的智力资本管理提供借鉴,提高我国企业的竞争力.The role of intellectual capital in business management is increasingly important. The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that the 21st century is an era dominated by knowledge economy and intellectual capital.
