医院外勤工作统一管理模式效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨医院外勤工作统一管理模式的管理效果。方法选取我院2016年3月-2017年3月实施的科室分散管理模式的外勤工作人员50人设为对照组,选取2017年4月-2018年4月实施的统一管理模式的外勤工作人员50人设为试验组,将两组进行对比,分析医院外勤工作统一管理模式和分散管理模式的管理效果。结果两组之间对比外勤中心的外勤管理质量评分、外勤工作效率、人力成本比值差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组管理后的工作缺陷发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(24.00%),两组相比:χ^2=4.76,P=0.03;试验组管理后的投诉率(4.00%)低于对照组(18.00%),两组相比:χ^2=5.01,P=0.03;且试验组管理后的外勤工作效率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),两组相比:χ^2=4.33,P=0.04。结论在医院外勤工作管理过程中实施统一管理模式的管理效果十分显著,既节约了人力成本,又减少投诉事件及管理缺陷的发生。Objective Exploring the management effect of the unified management mode of hospital field work.Methods 50 field staffs from the department’s decentralized management model implemented in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and50 staff members of the unified management mode implemented from April2017 to April 2018 were selected.Set as the test group,compare the two groups,and analyze the management effect of the unified management mode and decentralized management mode of the hospital’s field work.Results There was a significant difference in the field management quality score,field work efficiency,and labor cost accounting scores between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The incidence of work defects(8.00%)after the management of the test group was significantly lower.In the control group(24.00%),the two groups compared:χ^2=4.76,P=0.03;the complaint rate after the management group management(4.00%)was significantly lower than the control group(18.00%),compared with the two groups:χ^2=5.01,P=0.03;and the field work efficiency(94.00%)after the management of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).Compared with the two groups:χ^2=4.33,P=0.04.Conclusion The management effect of implementing the unified management mode in the hospital’s field work management process is very significant,which not only saves labor costs,but also reduces the occurrence of complaints and management defects.
