摘  要:目的探讨淡豆豉、大豆黄卷中总异黄酮含量差异及退热作用。方法通过紫外分光光度法测定二者总异黄酮的含量。通过干酵母法建立大鼠的致热模型,分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、淡豆豉和大豆黄卷的不同剂量组进行退热试验,比较退热效果。结果含量测定结果显示,大豆黄卷的总异黄酮含量[(4.92±1.10)mg/g]高于淡豆豉[(3.34±0.78)mg/g];退热试验显示,各给药组中除淡豆豉A组外,其他组均有退热作用,随着给药剂量的增加退热效果明显,大豆黄卷组的整体退热效果优于淡豆豉组。结论结合中药理论分析,总异黄酮含量与退热作用存在相关可能,需要做进一步成分分离研究。Objective To determine the correlation between total isoflavone content of sojae semen praeparatum and sojae semen germinatum, and antipyretic action. Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine total isoflavone of them. The fever model was established by injection of dry yeast, and the rats were divided into normal group, model group, positive control group and different dose of sojae semen praeparatum and sojae semen germinatum groups to compare the antipyretic effects. Results The content determination results showed that the total isoflavone content of sojae semen germinatum(4.92±1.10 mg/g) was higher than sojae semen praeparatum(3.34±0.78 mg/g). The antipyretic test showed that all the groups had antipyretic effect except for the group A of sojae semen praeparatum, and the antipyretic effect was increased with dose4 dependence. The overall antipyretic effect of sojae semen germinatum was better than that of sojae semen praeparatum, which was consistent with the content of total isoflavones. Conclusion Combined with the traditional Chinese pharmacology, the content of total isoflavones may be related to the antipyretic effect, and further study is needed.
