Optimization of supercritical CO2 extraction of Phoenix seed oil and regulation of lipid metabolism disorder in exercise rats by response surface methodology

摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化超临界CO2提取凤丹籽油的工艺,并研究其结合运动对大鼠的脂代谢紊乱的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为萃取压力31.59MPa、萃取温度44.49℃、萃取时间85.78min,此时凤丹籽油的得率为34.60%。凤丹籽油呈现澄清透明状态,没有明显的异味,酸值等理化指标均在国家标准范围之内。大鼠试验表明:凤丹籽油结合运动对脂代谢紊乱的大鼠起到良好干预作用,并且凤丹籽油结合运动明显优于两者单独作用。On the basis of single factor experiment,the supercritical CO2 extraction technology of Phoenix seed oil was optimized by response surface methodology,and the effects of combined exercise on lipid metabolism disorder in rats were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction pressure 31.59 MPa,extraction temperature 44.49 ℃ and extraction time 85.78 min.The yield of Phoenix seed oil was 34.60 %.Phoenix seed oil was clear and transparent,and had no obvious odor.The physical and chemical indexes such as acid value were all within the national standard.Rat experiments showed that Phoenix seed oil combined with exercise had a good intervention effect on rats with lipid metabolism disorder,and Phoenix seed oil combined exercise was signi ficantly better than the two alone.
