摘 要:目的调查分析江苏省中医院临床护士职业紧张与离职意愿现状及相关性。方法采用整群抽样法,选取江苏省中医院的324名临床护士为调查对象,调查分析一般信息调查表、职业紧张量表、离职意愿量表。结果单因素结果表明,不同年龄、不同学历、不同职称护士的离职意愿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同工作年限、婚姻状况、聘用方式、月收入护士的离职意愿比较(P<0.05)。护士离职意愿与职业任务、个体紧张反应呈正相关,与个体应对资源呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归显示,工作年限、聘用方式、婚姻状况、月收入均是离职意愿的主要因素(P<0.05)。控制一般信息干扰,职业任务、个体紧张反应对离职意愿有正向预测作用,应对资源对离职意愿有负向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论临床护士职业紧张水平较高,离职意愿中等偏下水平,职业紧张会加重离职倾向。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and correlation between occupational stress and turnover intention of clinical nurses in Jiangsu hospital of Chinese medicine. Methods Using the cluster sampling method,324 clinical nurses in Jiangsu Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected to investigate and analyze with the general information questionnaire,occupational stress scale and turnover intention scale. Results Univariate results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses’ intention to quit with different ages,educational backgrounds and professional titles(P>0.05). Comparison of turnover intention among the nurses with different working years,marital status,employment methods and monthly income(P<0.05). The turnover intention of the nurses was positively correlated with occupational task and individual stress response,and negatively correlated with individual coping resources(P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression showed that years of work,employment mode,marital status and monthly income were the main factors of turnover intention(P<0.05). After adjusting general information,occupation task and individual nervous reaction had positive prediction effect on turnover intention,and coping resources had negative prediction effect on turnover intention(P<0.05). Conclusions The occupational stress level of clinical nurses is high,the turnover intention is at the moddle-lower level,and the occupational stress level can increase turnover intention.
